HONOR PUBLISHING COMPANY invites authors and illustrators to submit book manuscripts, feature articles, and artwork for review. The following are our guidelines:

HONOR PUBLISHING COMPANY does not pay for articles in Scouter's Digest Magazine or their Scouting-E-Zine. Authors who's articles or stories appear in Scouter's Digest Magazine receive acknowledgement for their work and two free copies of the issue in which the work appears, Plus a one-year subscription to the magazine. Mutiple articles used in the magazine does not increase the length of the subsciption.

HONOR PUBLISHING COMPANY gets First North American Rights, First Internet Rights and First Anthology Rights. First North American Rights covers publication in our paper magazine Scouter's Digest Magazine. First Internet Rights covers both story excerpts and the entire story appearing on The HONOR PUBLISHING COMPANY website or in the FREE e-magazine, Scouting-E-Zine. Only stories that have appeared in Scouter's Digest, Scouting-e-zine, or on our website will be considered in future Anthology Publications. First Anthology Rights covers an eventual "The Scouter's Digest Anthology" magazine or book devoted to stories that have appeared in the paper magazine.

HONOR PUBLISHING COMPANY will negotiate book contracts on an individual basis for all printed publications. Royalties and advance payments are based on submitted material and the past experience of the author.
