 | Advertising in the Scouting-E-Zine is
limited to the "advertisement" area located along the right side of the E-zine.
An ad space is considered any image or words within a 2 inch space which will include a
"click through" URL to the advertisers website. |
| * Contracts are available to secure frequency discounts. |

Positioning
of advertising is at the discretion of the Publisher and will
be on a first come, first serve basis. Advertisers with frequency
contracts will be given the highest position preference.

| Advertisers and advertising agencies
jointly and severally agree to be responsible for payment to the Publisher for all space
purchased under our rate card. |
| No advertising cancellations will be
accepted after the closing date, and should not be considered executed unless acknowledged
by the Publisher either in writing, by phone, or e-mail confirmation. |

Mechanical
production charges, if any, incurred on behalf of an advertiser
or its agency in the preparation of advertising materials
will be rebilled at cost, and is not commissionable.

| The Publisher reserves the right to
reject any copy and/or advertisement. |
| The Publisher reserves the
right to make any rate changes with thirty (30) days notice in advance of the designated
issue date. |

We
also rent our list for exclusive broadcasts. This e-mail promotion
WOULD NOT have any other advertisers associated with it, and
would be sent when you wanted it sent. We will not send out
more than two broadcasts in any given week, and guarantee targeted
distribution to approximatly 8,000 * individual e-mail
addresses. * (E-Mail list may vary in
size between broadcasts)

Advertisers MUST pay E-Mail Broadcasts
in advance.
Broadcasts will not be made until
payment is made. We accept Checks, Money Orders, Visa, MC,
and Discover Card.

15% discount
to recognized advertising agencies that provide web-ready
copy.

|
All
payments from agents due within 30 days of the invoice date.
|
|
No advertising
will be accepted from an account which is more than 30 days
overdue.
