	Bills rendered on publication date. Net 30 days from date of invoice. Cash Discounts available for payment in advance of publication.

	Positioning of advertising is at the discretion of the Publisher. "Product Stories" may be considered and run with advertised product.
	Advertisers and advertising agencies jointly and severally agree to be responsible for payment to the Publisher for all space purchased under our rate card.
	No advertising cancellations will be accepted after the closing date, and should not be considered executed unless acknowledged by the Publisher either in writing, by phone, or e-mail confirmation.
	Mechanical production charges incurred on behalf of an advertiser or its agency in the preparation of advertising materials will be rebilled at cost, and is not commissionable.
	The Publisher reserves the right to reject any copy and/or advertisement.
	The Publisher reserves the right to make any rate changes with thirty (45) days notice in advance of the designated issue date.

Commission and Payment Policy

	15% discount to recognized advertising agencies that provide camera-ready copy.
	All payments due within 30 days of the invoice date.
	All New advertisers must prepay their first insertion.
	No advertising will be accepted from an account which is more than 60 days overdue.
