 | Positioning of advertising is at the
discretion of the Publisher. |
 | Advertisers and advertising agencies jointly
and severally agree to be responsible for payment to the Publisher for all space purchased
under our rate card. |
 | No advertising cancellations will be
accepted after the closing date, and should not be considered executed unless acknowledged
by the Publisher either in writing, by phone, or e-mail confirmation. |
 | Mechanical production charges incurred on
behalf of an advertiser or its agency in the preparation of advertising materials will be
rebilled at cost, and is not commissionable. |
 | The Publisher reserves the right to reject
any copy and/or advertisement. |
 | The Publisher reserves the right to make any
rate changes with thirty (30) days notice in advance of the designated issue date. |
